Job Summary
Ozark Adventist Academy is seeking a skilled, service-oriented maintenance director who will be responsible for the repair, support, installation, and upkeep of campus buildings, staff housing, and campus vehicles and equipment. The job will require skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, drywall, and basic appliance and equipment repair.
Core Responsibilities
This position reports to the Principal and Vice-Principal of Finance and supervises grounds staff and student workers. Wage is between $54,000 and $69,432 and will be determined by experience and certifications.

Work Environment
The position requires both hands-on maintenance activity and office work, which may occur indoors or outdoors in all types of weather and temperature conditions. The employee must be able to push and/or pull moderate to heavy amounts of weight, climb ladders, and perform tasks requiring physical exertion such as stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, climbing, reaching, twisting, and grasping. The maintenance director must be able to safely operate all motor vehicles, including cars, trucks, vans, and buses. Evenings and weekend work will be required at times.
