Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

·      Teach all subjects at the assigned grade level in accordance with the curriculum. 

·      Maintain careful records of attendance and scholastic performance.

·      Make proper course outlines and lesson plans.

·      Maintain proper control of the students in the classroom and on the school grounds in accordance with the SDA student handbook.

·      Maintain a clean and orderly classroom.

·      Enhance the appearance of the classroom and support a positive learning environment.

·      Homeroom teachers will be responsible for supervising his/her students during lunch.

·      Responsible for adequate and safe supervision of their student during required supervision as stated by the student handbook.

·      Attend all regular staff worships, meetings, and events scheduled by the school administration.

·      Attend all training and workshops as directed by the Principal.

·      Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal.

• Bachelor's degree in English
• At least 2 years teaching (work/internship) experience
