This person supports the efforts of the Doctor of Ministry program by working directly with participants and advisors to improve the writing quality of professional dissertations. The primary focus of this person’s responsibility is the success of DMin participants in their projects. This person interprets, applies, and recommends policy changes to and/or with the DMin director, and assists participants.

A doctoral degree is required (PhD or DMin) from an accredited institution and 5-10 years of work experience in ministry and theological education. Experience in research and academic writing is required. Since the work includes dealing with ministers in the field, pastoral experience is required and highly valuable. 

Must be a Seventh-day Adventist in good and regular standing.
