This position will teach graduate-level courses related to Leadership (hybrid, synchronous, and asynchronous online courses), as well as guide Leadership student portfolios and advise Leadership students on coursework and research.

Duties and responsibilities

Teach hybrid, synchronous, and asynchronous online courses.

Guide student competencies portfolio development.

Serve on doctoral dissertation and doctoral project committees as dissertation or project chair or committee member.

Support qualitative and/or quantitative research methodology.

Develop a research agenda demonstrated through publications and presentations at professional conferences.

Advise certificate, masters, and doctoral students in their program and course plan.

Participate in and contribute to program, department, and university committees and service.

Develop proficiency in multiple technology platforms for student learning and portfolios.

• Earned doctorate in Leadership or related discipline from an accredited and recognized institution.
• Successful experience and proven leadership in multiple venues, preferably senior positions.
• Evidence of effective and innovative teaching in higher education, preferably at the graduate level.
• Ability to work with diverse international graduate students.
• Evidence of experience and success in quantitative and qualitative research.
• Evidence of ability to work collegially and collaboratively with others.
• Evidence of scholarly contributions (e.g., peer-reviewed research publications) in the field of leadership, organizational psychology, entrepreneurship, and/or related disciplines.
• Broad ability to support department programs in various areas (e.g., higher education administration, educational leadership).

Must be a Seventh-day Adventist in good and regular standing.
