Pine Hills Adventist Academy is seeking an organized, communicative Athletic Director to coordinate our sports programs and help create a positive experience for student-athletes and families. This is a part-time position with the potential to become full time.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising games and athletic events
• Creating and maintaining sports schedules
• Coordinating rides to away games
• Organizing and tracking uniforms
• Communicating regularly with opponent schools and parents
• Potentially assisting with a PE class

Pine Hills Adventist Academy is a TK-12 school in the beautiful Sierra Nevada foothills in Auburn, California. Auburn is below the mountain snow line, above the Sacramento valley fog line and provides easy access to myriad outdoor recreation pursuits. Pine Hills is supported by several surrounding churches and enjoys the reputation of a strong academic program and a spiritual campus. The school’s enrollment is usually 150-165 students and benefits from supportive and engaged families along with financial stability. The successful candidate will be a strong team player, have strong organizational skills, have a good rapport with students and have a connection with their Savior.

The ideal candidate is dependable, highly organized, and comfortable managing several schedules and details at once. Strong communication skills and a commitment to supporting students are essential.
