The Vehicle Operations and Warehouse Coordinator role involves a diverse array of responsibilities crucial to campus operations. Handling vehicle operations, the coordinator maintains service records, assigns tasks to student employees, and ensures compliance with safety regulations. They coordinate transportation requests, schedule vehicles for trips, and track trip expenses. Additionally, they manage snow and ice removal, waste operations, and warehouse inventory, ensuring event spaces are set up correctly. The coordinator also oversees vehicle purchasing and sales, working closely with administration. Required Experience

Education for this position requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent, with preferred years of college coursework in Management. A commercial driver's license (CDL) is required, or must be obtained within 3 months of hire. Candidates ideally possess 1-3 years of experience, with 3-5 years preferred, demonstrating excellence in work processes, attention to detail, and adherence to university policies and regulatory requirements. Essential skills include a customer-focused approach, effective communication, collegiality, initiative, efficiency, coachability, and the ability to manage people effectively. Compensation for this hourly position ranges from $22.44 to $25.49. No relocation provided for hourly positions.
