Greater Miami Adventist Academy is a pre-kindergarten through twelfth-grade school located in an upscale residential neighborhood in Miami. GMAA has a rich history in the community and is known for its athletic, science, computer, and music programs. The school is situated on a beautiful 12-acre campus where it has been since 1989. They offer a Christ-centered learning environment, helping families experience excellence in Seventh-day Adventist education. The Academy has been committed to excellence and innovation to provide a dynamic, well-rounded curriculum so students have opportunities to obtain thinking skills as they also acquire academic facts. Currently, they have 40 full and part-time teachers, staff, and administrators who provide instruction and guidance to nearly 400 students. GMAA has an opening for a dedicated, caring, dynamic middle school teacher for the 2024-2025 school year. The actual grades and subjects will be determined by the enrollment and selected teacher. The school is looking for someone who is a team player, creative, and who loves children.
