Lewis County Adventist School (LCAS) is a growing, private, Christian school serving students PK-10th grade with plans to expand to 12th grade within a few years. Located in the idyllic community of Chehalis, Washington, LCAS is close to both Portland, OR and Seattle, WA and has the best a small town can offer with easy access to I-5.  Lewis County Adventist School has existed for more than 100 years and is widely recognized for its strong academics and Christ-centered family environment.

When you join our team as a certified elementary teacher, you will:  *Create and tailor lesson plans each week using contemporary Christian teaching methods.  *Establish and support LCAS’s passion for safe and healthy learning environments. *Collaborate with parents to ensure instruction leads to educational outcomes.  *Connect with parents outside of LCAS through outreach events to share the value of Christian education. 

Qualified candidates must be a committed Seventh-Day Adventist who enthuses fresh ideas and lots of energy.  Applicants should hold an elementary teaching certificate, possess excellent communication skills, can manage a well-organized classroom, be an exemplary teacher, and have a passion for connecting families to Christian education. Salary Range - Standard NPUC Salary Scale - $46,644 - $59,900 plus ERI.
