Sawgrass Adventist School (SAS) is located in the suburbs of Fort Lauderdale on the east coast of Florida and offers all the joys of tropical living. Nine full-time teachers and an administrator, and additional support personnel offer instruction to students in kindergarten through eighth grade. The school has a strong enrollment of about 150 students with waiting lists to enroll in most grades. The staff at SAS function as a strong team where every staff voice matters and contributes to making the school a great place to work and learn.  SAS is looking for an experienced third-grade homeroom teacher with strong math teaching ability. The selected teacher will teach math to the second and third grades, while the second-grade teacher will teach language arts to both grades. The teacher must have a passion for teaching and sharing God’s love with their students. They should be able to deliver instruction to students using a variety of teaching methods and activities.
