The Student Financial Services Aid Advisor is a critical component to the Student Financial Services team. The advisor will provide operational and customer support.
Federal aid and loan processing
Assist with hiring, training, and managing student employees
Assist team with management of student appointments
Assist with development, documentation, and implementation of workflow processes

Required Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Must be currently authorized to work lawfully in the United States
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Understanding of confidentiality
Professional oral and written skills
Excellent organization skills
Process information quickly and accurately
Able to work independently
Prioritize multiple tasks in a high-volume environment
