Mile High Academy (MHA) is searching for a fantastic 1st-grade teacher to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year! We're a school that believes in learning with love and dedication, offering a Christ-centered environment where families can find excellence in education within the Seventh-day Adventist tradition. We're on the lookout for someone who loves working with children, is creative, and enjoys being part of a team.

Located in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, MHA caters to students from Preschool through 12th grade, supported by local churches and an Adventist Hospital System. Plus, we're proud to be fully accredited by the Middle States Association Commissions on Elementary and Secondary Schools. Required Experience

Prior teaching experience (3+ years preferred), BS or BA degree, and current NAD Certification. Masters is a bonus. Salary and benefits are based on denominational wage scale policy. All candidates must hold a denominational endorsement with the legal right to work in the United States. 

Rocky Mountain Conference Wage Information – 10-month Teacher: 

The mission of the Rocky Mountain Conference is to lovingly support and empower every member in our conference to know Christ and to make Him fully known through education, outreach, and service by communicating hope and encouraging a meaningful connection between Christ and each other.

Position: Teacher

Immediate Supervisor: Principal

Classification: Exempt (Professional)

Mid-American Union Remuneration Scale: 59% to 102%

Base Salary Scale: $3,259.00 to $5,634.00 per month

Cost of Living Adjustment: Based on geographic location per ERI. Please note that not all locations within the Rocky Mountain Conference are eligible for cost of living.

Starting base salary is determined after verification of denominational credentials issued by the Mid-America Union of Seventh-day Adventists and number of relevant years of teaching experience.
