Shoreline Christian School is seeking a gr.1-3 teacher for the 2024-25 school year and beyond. Located on the coast in Florence, Oregon, Shoreline Christian School is a K-8 Adventist school with one other full-time teacher and a part-time kindergarten teacher. Shoreline is looking for a caring, professional, organized, creative teacher who loves Jesus and who will expertly provide the students with a strong foundation in reading, writing, math, and more, with the support of the dedicated staff and school board. Florence offers freshwater lakes and miles of coastal sand dunes as well as landmarks like Heceta Head Lighthouse and Sea Lion Caves—perfect for those who enjoy the ocean and the outdoors.

To be considered for this position, the candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and current NAD Elementary certification, or willingness to work toward such. The ideal applicant will have multigrade teaching experience and have some familiarity with or training in standards-based learning. New graduates are welcome to apply!
