Description
Parkview Jr. Academy is operated by the New York Conference of Seventh-day Adventists and is located just outside Syracuse, NY across from both Burnet Park and James Pass Arboretum. This location gives the neighborhood surrounding the school a peaceful small-town feel even though it is located near all the amenities of a city. The school has served the community for over 100 years.
The school is in need of a multi-grade teacher to teach grades six through eight. Applicants must be hard workers who are passionate about Adventist Education and serving God’s children.
Required Experience
Denominational experience is preferred. Denominational certification is preferred. Multigrade experience is preferred. Domestic applicants are preferred. Must be a team player.

Parkview Junior Academy, sponsored by the Seventh-day Adventist Church, welcomes students from all faith backgrounds. Our instruction is grounded in the Bible and a relationship with Jesus is modeled and encouraged throughout the day. We are conveniently located in Syracuse on 4 acres of land, creating a rural atmosphere. We celebrate diversity with students representing many different cultures and socioeconomic backgrounds. Our enrollment in grades PreK-9 provides a low teacher to student ratio and more individualized instruction.
