Description

Miami Union Adventist Academy is looking for a dynamic, creative, energetic, Spirit-filled educator to join our team in the great city of North Miami, Florida. The winning candidate will be responsible for an elementary classroom. You will also have other responsibilities, such as morning, lunch, and afternoon supervision, staff worship, attend weekly staff meetings and recruitment activities. You must be willing to be an active member of one of our constituency churches. The school is supported by many surrounding churches, a committed school board, and a passionate conference office eager to see a change in the Miami area. We are faithfully committed to Adventist Education shown through excellence and commitment to the vision of the school’s administration.  You will work with a group of dedicated educators, whom are looking to welcome a new member to their team.

Required Experience

An undergraduate (or higher) degree in education is required. Be familiar (or willing to learn quickly) Renweb, MobyMax, Map Growth, Spelling City, and other supplementary materials for proving excellence in planning. All candidates must be currently available to work in the United States and be fully certified. A dedicated Seventh-day Adventist who is committed to developing young people in a meaningful way.
