Description: Auburn Adventist Academy (AAA) is seeking an assistant boy's dean for the 2024-2025 school year. AAA is a co-educational secondary boarding school located in Auburn, Washington, just over an hour from Seattle. The school prides itself on its diverse student body and enjoys strong support from the Washington Conference. 

Responsibilities: This position includes part time assistant dean work and additional responsibilities at the school. Cultivate a positive and engaging living environment, fostering a sense of belonging and positive student relationships. Maintain high visibility and availability by attending school events and interacting with the young men in the dorm. Excellent communicator and team player required. 

We desire a strong spiritual leader candidate who will help develop a solid Christian home for the young men attending AAA. This position is part of the team charged with shaping the environment and experiences of residential students. We are seeking an ideal applicant with at least a Bachelor's degree and prior experience in educating adolescents. A valid teaching certificate issued by the North American Division of Seventh-day Adventists is preferred. Additionally, we are specifically looking for candidates with expertise in counseling and youth work.
